RENTING A PROPERTY WITH US IS SAFE AND CONVENIENT
Our mission is to make sure that our tenants live in a nice and safe environment. We provide fully furnished properties for your well-being. We have an in-house handyman who makes sure that all possible maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, so that you can always relax and enjoy your place at all times.
From your first viewing to moving in, we make renting simple, safe, and comfortable
VIEWING
We try hard to make the process as easy as possible. We will contact you only to offer properties matching your requirements. We will always confirm your appointment time, the full address and who you should be meeting.
REFERENCES
We will need to take references which can prove that you are a suitable tenant. Ideally we would require a previous Landlord reference, an employers reference and bank reference.
SECURING A PROPERTY
Once you have decided that you do want to take a property, you will have to provide us with a holding deposit. This must be cleared funds only. Until the holding deposit has been received the property will remain available and could be let to another tenant.
